The Closet Method
Six Months. Six Movements.
You begin here. Entering the private space and taking honest inventory of what is actually hanging there. What fits, what does not, what you chose, and what was placed on you without your permission.
Before you can be dressed for where you are going, you must know who did the naming. This month traces the origin of every label, family, trauma, religion, failure, and introduces the only voice authorized to rename you.
The mind is the battlefield. This month introduces a daily scripture practice built around a single word from God. You will learn why Satan is threatened by the Word and how consistent engagement with scripture is the mechanism of transformation, not a discipline to check off.
Discernment is not a gift for a few. It is a birthright that gets developed. This month opens spiritual perception, learning to read your season, recognize God's voice, and distinguish what is from Him versus what is from the enemy or your own flesh.
You are allowed to feel. You are not allowed to be governed by what you feel. This month addresses the Kingdom framework for emotional regulation, feeling without being controlled, processing without performing, carrying peace in the middle of the storm.
Satan does not want your sin as much as he wants your time. Because time is the one thing you cannot get back. This month reframes time management not as productivity strategy but as spiritual warfare and teaches you how to guard, steward, and redeem the time in every season.

Who Is Caren?
Before The Closet had a name, Caren Williford was already in one.
She spent years as an educator, worship pastor, and psalmist — building people from the inside out and teaching thousands of women across the globe, from Pakistan to Africa to Taiwan, that formation is not an event. It is a daily decision.
But what changed everything did not happen on a stage. It happened when her husband lost his sight.
